Our shipping prices include full insurance for lost or damaged goods. We

time before delivery to you is:

- 3 working Days for FEDEX Saver

Note on our Life Time Region Free DVD player Warranty:
We
stand behind our DVD modifications. We
guarantee that your region free player will play any region DVD from any
country in the World for the life of the player. If new technology comes out that will prohibit
playback of any DVD movie we will fix your player for
free! This warranty only applies for playback of original DVD movies that
have a region code stamp on it.
Bootlegged, copied or defective DVD movies are not applicable. All other types
of defects (like defective trays, bad lens, malfunctioning power supplies, etc...,) in the
player would still be covered under our normal
player warranty which is 30 day exchange, 90 days parts and 1 year labor.

internet that compete against us. Most of which work out of their homes. That is why you don't see pictures of their store nor their
address on their website. We do both to give our customers peace of mind. Plus

Dun and Bradstreet listed corporation. We
are not a "Fly by night retailers" so we hope you compare us to legitimate companies. Most important, some companies try to
make up for a low price by charging a very high price for shipping. Our
prices are very reasonable and so are our shipping fees. We will do our best to earn your business. We do not price
match after the order has been placed.
Prices for our
products change almost every time we receive a new shipment. The prices shown on our website are the current selling prices for the product. The
price of an item might change between the time that you inquire about an item and the time
that you actually place the order. In this case the current selling price
will be honored. Once an order is placed we hold the item for you until it ships
out. In case you want to cancel the order there will be a 10% cancellation fee.
Terms and Conditions of Sale and Return Policy:
Read these terms carefully to avoid
any misunderstanding after your purchase!
- Keep all packing
material and original boxes for the life of the product. All of this is
required in a case of any repair, return, exchange, etc..
- Minimum domestic order is
$12 plus shipping, minimum international order is $100 plus shipping.
- Once an order is shipped
it cannot
be cancelled.
- Special orders cannot
be cancelled and cannot be sent back for refund under any situation.
- All products we sell,
except Camcorders, TVs and GSM Cell phones, come with a limited one-year warranty (90
days labor, 1 year parts) and in such cases the product will be repaired
without repair fees.
- Except for Camcorders, TVs and Cell
phones we will exchange or refund for defective items within the first 30
days.
- Multi-System TVs have a
90 day labor and 1 year parts warranty. Shipping fees are not refundable and are not covered under
warranty.
- After 30 days we do not
exchange or give refunds for any item we sell.
- Non-defective items that are returnable are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee or the current
selling price, whichever is lower.
- Any item that is pre-approved for return
must be sent back in MINT new, resalable condition with all original packaging that have
no markings on its box, manual or unit. Delicate items such as TVs and large
transformers must be shipped by special freight. Contact us before shipping
for advice and recommendations.
- Cell phones, Camcorders are only
exchangeable for same model within 14 days, no refunds. The manufacturer may
provide support after 14 days. Please check with the manufacturer if
warranty service is available.
- Keep the boxes! Any item
that needs to be serviced, exchanged or refunded MUST be sent to us with its
original manufacturer carton and with matching serial number and then double
boxed. Otherwise we will not be able to repair, exchange or refund for the item.
- All items we sell are for normal home use.
Using items for other purposes will void the warranty.
- Altering the product
physically will also void the warranty.
- Any item that needs to
be serviced or exchanged or refunded must be sent to us freight paid by
customer.
- Deliveries are during
working hours Monday to Friday. Saturday delivery may be available at an extra
cost.
- Deliveries are to curb
side for large packages such as large TVs and other special freight deliveries,
smaller packages deliver to your door.
- UPS, FEDEX and
other shippers we use do not deliver inside homes unless you pay extra.
- No price matching once the order has been
confirmed.
- Shipping charges are
non-refundable in any case as we cannot reclaim these fees from shipping
companies.
- Buyer is totally
responsible to pay for any duties, taxes, customs and other clearance fees
for orders shipped outside the USA. Normally the duties and taxes are
charged directly to customer's credit card.
- International orders are subject
